Mr. Parveen Aggarwal (FOUNDER & CHAIRMAN) is a man of great valor who strongly believes in the power of perseverance and integrity to achieve his goals.
He is the former Co-founder and Vice Chairman of the Signature Global Group, a leading affordable housing development company in North India which has delivered approximately 5,00,000 Sq. Ft. of property area under the Middle Income Group (MIG) housing segment. He is also the Chairman of Multiplex Group – a leading financial brokerage company and has an experience of over 25 years in the stock and commodities market.
Following the success of Signature Global and the Multiplex Group, he founded Signature Sattva Infratech Private Limited with the intention of furthering the cause of infrastructure and affordable housing across the globe.
Combined with his strong drive for success is a firm belief in the power of spirituality and service. He guides the company forward with his calm and dynamic nature.
Mrs. Suman Aggarwal
A seasoned director Mrs. Suman Aggarwal (DIRECTOR) brings 20+ years of experience from the finance and real estate industry to Signature Sattva. Her work with charitable foundations has been much appreciated by her peers. Her notable initiatives include her time spent as a trustee for Arya Samaj Vedic Kanya High school and as a devoted member of the Art of Living foundation. As a CSR director she aims to build the ethos of the company with the same values and ideals that have driven her philanthropic work.
Dr. Ashok Kumar
Dr. Ashok Kumar (INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR) is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India and qualified Company Secretary from Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
He has vast experience over 30 years in the field of Finance and Corporate Affairs and has worked with Modi Group (listed companies) and was instrumental in the execution of large projects with technical collaboration from Japan, UK and Germany.
He is involved in the revival of distressed assets in India. He has resolved and rehabilitated various industrial companies and brought back to positive net worth. He is associated with waste management companies and advising on various issues including finance, corporate governance.etc
Ms. Shivani Aggarwal
Ms. Shivani Aggarwal (COO: CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER) is a graduate from Singapore Management University with majors in Finance and Strategy. She has worked with startups like Helpling (a rocket internet venture) and venture capital firms such as RNT associates which have played a key role in her understanding of operations and finance in startups across various industries. She has also been a finalist in the Unilever Future Leaders Program 2017. Moreover, she has an avid interest in corporate governance and has conducted research on the same and she aims to bring the learning to the booming infrastructure industry in the Indian economy.
Ashu Gupta
Mr. Ashu (GENERAL MANAGER PURCHASE) holds a degree in Masters of Business Management & Material Management. He is a versatile sourcing/procurement professional over 28 years of rich industry experience with a top diversified group of companies. Heading our procurement and sourcing department. He is well versed with all aspects of project purchase, materials management, negotiations of materials, identifying/develop new vendors, lead & assist multifunctional teams, achieving cost reduction and finalization of rates. Prior to joining Signature Sattva he has worked with renowned groups like Earth Infrastructure, DLF and Vijay Fire Systems.
